The coaching program at Fitzroy Tennis Club is run by Luke Devlin and the Racquet Lab Coaching team. Luke is a Tennis Australia Club Professional coach, a pioneering member of the TA Coach Developer team, a former state-level NSW player and the 2018 TCAV most outstanding 30 & under Victorian tennis coach. Luke's personal focus is on mentoring junior competition players through their transition to senior teams.
Luke has been a member of Fitzroy Tennis Club since 2013 and represents FTC in several teams throughout the year.
In addition to traditional private and group lessons, the Racquet Lab team deliver a comprehensive ANZ Hot Shots program, which uses modified equipment and court-dimensions to accelerate the development of budding players through exciting and engaging activities. The team always strives to create a fun and inclusive, high-performance environment that caters to players at every stage of the Racquet Lab Athlete Pathway, from beginner to advanced/tournament standard.
